Hello! I’m in my mid-40s and have been in a May December marriage since the early 2000s. My husband and I raised a beautiful daughter together. She is the absolute joy of my life and the part of my life I’m most proud to have created. Watching her grow and become independent has been amazing, but it also left me feeling like I lost my sense of self and my identity beyond being a mom. I spent years in a career that left me unfulfilled, and now I’m focused on healing holistically and reclaiming my life. This is my journey of growth – physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially. I share what I learn along the way for anyone navigating similar challenges and looking to transform their life.
